Overview
YIHENG BPZ-6090-2B Vacuum oven is suitable for heat treatment in vacuum state such as defoaming, dehydrating, hardening and drying after washing in the production process of electronic products. It is widely used in vacuum drying treatment of lithium-ion batteries, LED photoelectric components, crystal oscillators and other electronic product production processes.

Principle
Vacuum oven heat treatment in the vacuum state, through the independent vacuum system to reduce the pressure in the box to 133Pa, combined with the independent heating system to control the temperature in the range of RT + 10~ 200 ℃, to achieve defoaming, dehydrating and drying of electronic products. Optional program control, automatically adjust heating, vacuum holding and nitrogen holding time.

Steps
1. Set the heating, vacuum holding and nitrogen holding time according to the process requirements (such as optional program control).
2. Adjust the closure of the box door to ensure sealing.
3. Start the independent vacuum system to reach 133Pa Vacuum Level.
4. Independent heating to the set temperature, drying treatment.
5. Optional nitrogen injection to maintain process conditions.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be kept at + 5~ 40 ℃.
• Model with "B" is equipped with imported vacuum pump.
• Optional inert gas intake valve, liquid water Filter, drying tank and exhaust oil filtrating device (recommended to replace once every 6 months).
• Each layer of boxes in the multi-box series can be operated independently without interfering with each other.
• The over-temperature protection temperature control port is an optional function and requires additional configuration.
• The program control function is optional and needs to be confirmed according to the indent.
