YIHENG BPZ-6123B Vacuum oven is suitable for heat treatment in vacuum state such as defoaming, dehydrating, hardening and drying after washing in the production process of electronic products. Widely used in vacuum drying treatment of lithium-ion batteries, LED photoelectric components, crystal oscillators and other electronic product production processes.

Principle
The product is heat treated in a vacuum state, and the drying process is realized by controlling the Vacuum Level through a vacuum pump and combining the heating system. Optional program control functions are available to set the heating, vacuum holding and nitrogen holding times to ensure stoving conformity.
