YIHENG DZF-6030A Vacuum oven is a new generation of vacuum drying equipment. It integrates the brand's many years of successful experience in box heating and overcomes the bottleneck problem in the heat conduction process through dedicated research. The equipment is specially designed for drying heat-sensitive, easy-to-analysis and easy-to-oxidation substances. It can fill the interior with inert gas and can also achieve rapid drying of complex items.

Principle
Vacuum oven reduces the pressure in the box by vacuuming, reduces the boiling point of water, and achieves rapid drying in combination with a precise temperature control system. It can be filled with inert gas to create an oxygen-free environment and prevent chemical reactions of heat-sensitive, easy-to-analysis and easy-to-oxidation substances during the drying process.

Steps
1. Put the items to be dried into the studio
2. Adjust the closure tightness of the box door
3. Set the microcomputer temperature controller parameters
4. Start the equipment for vacuuming operation
5. Fill with inert gas as required
Step 6 Start the drying process
7. Monitor drying status through observation window
8. Turn off the equipment according to the procedure after drying

● Working Ambient Temperature should be kept within the range of RT + 5~ 40 ℃
● Power supply voltage AC 220V 50Hz before use
● Pay attention to the vacuum gauge indication during operation to ensure that the Vacuum Level meets the requirements
