YIHENG DZF-6030B Vacuum oven is a new generation of vacuum drying equipment. It integrates the brand's many years of successful experience in box heating and overcomes the bottleneck problem in the heat conduction process through dedicated research. The equipment is specially designed for drying heat-sensitive, easy analysis and easy oxidation substances. It can be filled with inert gas internally and is suitable for rapid drying of complex items.

Principle
Vacuum oven reduces the pressure in the box by vacuuming, reduces the evaporation temperature of water, and can be filled with inert gas to create an oxygen-free environment. The microcomputer temperature controller precisely regulates the heating system, combined with the optimized heat conduction method, to achieve efficient drying of heat-sensitive, easy analysis and easy oxidation substances.

Steps
1. Put the items to be dried into the studio
2. Adjust the closure tightness of the box door
3. Set the microcomputer temperature controller parameters
4. Start the equipment for vacuuming operation
5. Optional inert gas filling
6. Observe the drying process and monitor through Glass Door
7. Turn off the equipment and take out the items after drying.

● Before use, please check whether the Power supply voltage meets the AC 220V 50Hz requirements
● When operating, pay attention to the temperature range of the studio between RT + 10~ 65 ℃
● Keep the door sealing ring clean to ensure that the Vacuum Level reaches 133Pa
● Net weight of equipment 37kg, pay attention to safety when handling

● When not in use for a long time, the power supply should be cut off and the equipment should be kept drying
