Overview
YIHENG DZF-6500 Vacuum oven is a new generation of vacuum drying equipment. It has been developed based on the company's many years of experience in box heating. It has overcome the technical bottleneck in the heat conduction process and found a good heat conduction method. The equipment is specially designed for drying heat-sensitive, easy analysis and easy oxidation substances. It can be filled with inert gas to achieve rapid drying of complex items.
Features
1. Cuboid studio design, effective volume utilization, equipped with a microcomputer temperature controller, accurate and reliable temperature control.
2. Tempered, bulletproof double-decked Glass doors are used to facilitate the observation of objects in the studio and to fill the interior with inert gas.
3. The box door is closed and adjustable, and is equipped with an integrally formed synthetic silicon door seal to ensure that the box maintains a high Vacuum Level.
4. The studio is made of stainless steel sheet material, which is durable and easy to clean.
5. It can be stored, heated, tested and dried in an oxygen-free or inert gas environment to prevent oxidation.
6. Each Shelf is equipped with a separate temperature sensor and control loop for precise Response and independent display control.
7. The heating element is directly installed under the shelf to avoid temperature deviation, accurate measurement, stable temperature control, and heating time is shortened by more than 50%.
Principle
Vacuum oven reduces the pressure in the box by vacuuming, reduces the Oxygen content, and can be filled with inert gas to create an oxygen-free environment. Shelf direct Heating mode is adopted, each Shelf is independently controlled, and the heating element is directly placed under the shelf to achieve high-efficiency heat conduction and ensure uniform and stable temperature. It is suitable for drying of heat-sensitive and easy-to-analyze substances.
