YIHENG DZF-6930 Vacuum oven is a new generation of vacuum drying equipment. It has been developed based on the company's many years of experience in box heating. It has overcome the bottleneck in the heat conduction process and found a good heat conduction method. The equipment is specially designed for drying heat-sensitive, easy analysis and easy oxidation substances. It can fill the interior with inert gas to achieve rapid drying of complex items.

1. Cuboid studio, with large effective volume utilization rate, accurate and reliable temperature control by microcomputer temperature controller.
2. Tempered, bulletproof double-decked Glass doors facilitate the observation of indoor objects and can be filled with inert gas.
3. The door closure is elastic and adjustable, and the integrally formed synthetic silicon door sealing ring ensures a high Vacuum Level in the box.
4. The studio is made of stainless steel sheet material, which is durable and easy to clean.
5. Storage, heating, testing and drying can be carried out in an oxygen-free or inert gas environment to avoid oxidation.
6. Shelf direct heating and control, each Shelf has a separate temperature sensor and control circuit, Accurate Response to different loading drying needs.
7. The heating element is placed directly under the shelf, no temperature deviation, accurate measurement, stable temperature control, heating time is shortened by more than 50%.
Principle
Vacuum oven by filling the inert gas into the interior and maintaining a high Vacuum Level, drying in an oxygen-free or inert environment to prevent oxidation of substances. Shelf direct Heating mode is adopted, each Shelf is independently controlled, and the heating element is placed directly under the shelf to ensure uniform temperature and fast Response, to achieve efficient heat conduction.
