Overview
YIHENG DZF-6210 Vacuum oven is a new generation of vacuum drying equipment. It has been developed based on the company's many years of experience in box heating and has overcome the key technical problems in the heat conduction process. The equipment is specially designed for drying heat-sensitive, easy analysis and easy oxidation substances. It can be filled with inert gas to achieve rapid drying of complex components.

Principle
Vacuum ovens reduce the boiling point by creating a vacuum environment, coupled with a direct heating system for efficient drying. Each Shelf is equipped with an independent temperature sensor and control loop, and the heating element is installed directly under the shelf to ensure precise control and uniform distribution of temperature, and complete the drying process in an oxygen-free or inert gas environment.

Steps
1. Place items to be dried in the studio
2. Adjust the closure tightness of the box door
3. Set the required temperature parameters
4. Start the equipment to start the drying process
5. Monitor drying status through observation window
6. Remove items after drying
