Overview
YIHENG MJ-70F-ⅰ mildew incubator is a thermostatic device dedicated to mold, microbial fostering and preservation. It uses environmentally friendly refrigerants and high-efficiency Compressors, and the cooling time is reduced by more than 40% compared with traditional equipment. It is suitable for environmental protection, drug inspection, agriculture, livestock, aquatic and other scientific research and production departments.

5. It is equipped with an independent temperature limit alarm system, which automatically interrupts when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safe operation of the experiment (optional).
6. With a printer or RS485 interface, it can be connected to a printer and a computer to record temperature parameter changes (optional).

Principle
The Mildew incubator precisely adjusts the temperature in the box through a microcomputer PID temperature controller, and combines the brand Compressor and circulating fan to achieve efficient cooling and air circulation to ensure uniform and stable temperature. The three-speed speed regulating fan controls the air volume to avoid sample volatilization and maintain a constant foster environment.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and set the required temperature and time parameters.
2. Adjust the shelf spacing and fan speed as needed.
3. Place the sample and start the equipment to foster.
4. Monitor temperature changes and use optional functions to record data if necessary.
5. When foster is complete, turn off the power and clean the liner.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be kept at + 5~ 30 ℃.
• Power supply voltage is AC 220V 50Hz before use.
• Avoid sample volatilization due to excessive air volume, and choose the fan gear reasonably.
• Optional functions such as temperature limit alarm system require additional configuration.
• Clean the liner regularly to maintain hygiene.
• Optional delivery period may be extended by 7 days.
