Overview
YIHENG MJ-250-ⅰ mildew incubator is a thermostatic equipment specially used for mold, microbial fostering, preservation, plant cultivation and breeding tests. It adopts brand Compressor and circulating fan, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, low energy consumption, energy saving and environmental protection. Compared with traditional low temperature equipment, the cooling time is reduced by more than 40%, and the service life is long and the noise is low.

Principle
Mildew incubator achieves temperature control through brand Compressor and circulating fan, adopts microcomputer PID temperature controller to precisely adjust the temperature in the box, and the three-speed speed regulation of circulating fan ensures uniform temperature distribution and avoids sample volatilization, thus providing a stable thermostatic environment for mold and microorganisms to foster.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and set the required temperature and time parameters.
2. Adjust the shelf spacing and circulating fan speed as needed.
3. Start the equipment and monitor temperature changes to ensure stable operation.
4. Use the timing function to automatically stop after the experiment.

• Ambient Temperature should be kept at + 5~ 30 ℃.
• Power supply voltage is AC 220V 50Hz.
• Avoid sample volatilization due to excessive air volume, and choose the fan speed reasonably.
• When selecting an independent temperature limit alarm system, ensure that the temperature limit is set correctly.
• Regularly clean the liner and keep the equipment hygienic.
• Optional parts such as multi-segment programmable controllers, printers, etc. need additional booking, and the delivery period may be extended.
