Overview
YIHENG MJ-500-II mildew incubator is a special thermostatic equipment, suitable for environmental protection, drug testing, agriculture, livestock, aquatic and other scientific research, institutions and production departments. It uses brand Compressor and circulating fan, which has the characteristics of effective and low energy consumption. Compared with traditional cryogenic equipment, the cooling time is reduced by more than 40%, and the service life is long and the noise is low.

Principle
Mildew incubator precisely controls the temperature in the box through a microcomputer PID temperature controller, uses a brand Compressor and environmentally friendly refrigerant to achieve efficient cooling, and the three-speed speed regulation of the circulating fan ensures uniform air circulation and avoids sample volatilization. The independent temperature limit alarm system automatically interrupts the operation when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safety of the experiment.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to ensure that the Working Ambient Temperature is within the range of + 5~ 30 ℃.
2. Set the required temperature through the microcomputer PID temperature controller. Temperature range is 15~ 45 ℃ (humidification) or 10~ 45 ℃ (no humidification).
3. Adjust the circulating fan speed to the appropriate gear to avoid sample volatilization.
4. If you need timing, set the Timer Range to 1~ 9999 minutes.
5. Start the equipment, monitor temperature fluctuations and uniformity, and ensure the safe operation of the experiment.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power and clean the liner.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC 220V 50Hz to avoid voltage instability affecting equipment performance.
• Ambient Temperature should be kept at + 5~ 30 ℃, beyond the range may affect the temperature control accuracy.
• Check the independent temperature limit alarm system (if optional) before use to ensure that it can be automatically interrupted when the temperature exceeds the limit.
• Avoid running at the high-speed gear of the circulating fan for a long time to prevent excessive evaporation of the sample.
• Regularly clean the mirror stainless steel liner to maintain hygiene and prevent contamination.
• Optional parts such as multi-segment programmable controllers, printers, etc. need additional booking, and the delivery period may be extended by 7 days.
