Overview
The ZUA 2000 series is a universal adjustable film applicator with adjustable gap heights from 0 μm to 3,000 μm for preparing uniform thin films or coating layers with a maximum difference of 3000 μm on flat substrates. The film applicator is used on robust substrates such as Drawdown Vacuum Plate, Glass Plate, Test Panel or Test Drawings for films such as Coatings, Polymer Materials, Lithium Batteries, Stocks, Perovskites, etc.

Principle
The film applicator by adjusting the gap height in the range of 0 μ m~ 3, 000 μ m, a thin film or a coating prepared uniform scratch on a flat substrate.

Steps
1. Adjust film applicator gap height to desired thickness
2. Scratch operation on a flat substrate
3. Remove the film applicator for cleaning after use

* Based on physical phenomena, the maximum wet film thickness will be slightly smaller than the marking scale of the coating applicator
* The film applicator needs to be used on a solid substrate
* Completely disassembled and solvent used when cleaning
