Overview
ZUA 2000 series is a universal adjustable film applicator, model ZUA2000.220 application width is 220mm, the gap height can be adjusted from 0μm to 3000μm, for preparing uniform film or coating layer with a maximum difference of 3000μm on a flat substrate. The film applicator is made of anode treated aluminum alloy, non-decolorizing, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, and can be completely disassembled for solvent cleaning.

Principle
ZUA 2000 adjustable film applicator is suitable for solid substrates such as Drawdown Vacuum Plates, Glass Plates, Test Panels or Test Drawings by adjusting the gap height to prepare uniform films on flat substrates.

Steps
1. Adjust the film applicator gap height to the desired film thickness
2. Spreader evenly on a flat substrate
3. Remove and clean the film applicator after use

- Based on physical phenomena, the maximum wet film thickness will be slightly smaller than the marking scale of the coating applicator
- Only suitable for flat and sturdy substrates
- Completely disassembled and solvent used for cleaning
