Principle
The Electronic Balance works on the principle of electromagnetic force equilibrating. When an object is placed on a pan, its gravity acts on the Sensor, and the electromagnetic force coil inside the Sensor generates an equilibrating electromagnetic force. By measuring the magnitude of this electromagnetic force, the mass of the object can be accurately calculated and the result is displayed on the true color TFT LCD Touchscreen.
Applications
Laboratory weighing, sample prepative, quality control, formula calculation, teaching demonstration
Standards
The data did not mention specific compliance criteria.
Steps
1. Place the Balance on a stable, horizontal countertop to avoid vibration and airflow interference.
2. Turn on the power supply, wait for Balance to warm up and complete the self-test.
3. Manual or automatic internal calibration as required (using 100g calibrated weight).
4. Perform peeling, unit switching, mode selection and other operations through Touchscreen.
5. Place the items to be weighed in the center of the pan (90 mm) for weighing.
6. Read and record the stable results displayed on the Touchscreen.
7. After use, turn off the power supply and perform cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Please place the Balance on a stable, vibration-free water platform without strong airflow interference.
• Avoid use in environments with direct sunlight, high temperatures, high humidity or corrosive gases.
• When weighing items, handle them with care to avoid impact pans, and place the items in the center of the pan.
• Periodically calibrate internally using the specified 100g calibrated weight to ensure weighing accuracy.
• When cleaning, please use a soft dry cloth to wipe and avoid using corrosive cleaners.
• When transporting, be sure to lock the Glass door transportation protection lock to prevent damage to the internal parts.
• When not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply and cover it with a protective cover.
