Principle
The Electronic Balance works based on the principle of electromagnetic force equilibrating. When an object is placed on a pan, its gravity displaces the Position Detector in the Sensor. After the signal is processed by the circuit, the drive coil generates an electromagnetic force equilibrating with gravity. By measuring the magnitude of this electromagnetic force, the mass of the measured object can be accurately calculated and displayed digitally on the color Touchscreen.
Applications
Laboratory analysis, quality control, R & D, education, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, materials science
Standards
The data did not mention specific compliance criteria.
Steps
1. Place the Balance on a stable, horizontal countertop to avoid vibration and airflow interference.
2. Turn on the power supply, turn on Balance, and wait for the system to self-check and warm up.
3. Internally calibrate as needed (support timing, automatic or manual modes).
4. Use Touchscreen for peeling, unit switching, mode selection and other operations.
5. Place the weighed object gently in the center of the pan for weighing.
6. Read and record stable readings on the display.
7. After use, turn off the power supply and perform cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Please place the Balance on a stable, vibration-free water platform without strong airflow interference.
• Avoid use in environments with direct sunlight, high temperatures, high humidity or corrosive gases.
• Preheat before weighing and calibrate regularly according to specifications to ensure weighing accuracy.
• When weighing the object, handle it with care to avoid Impact pan, and the mass of the object must not exceed the Capacity value (220g).
• Keep Balance clean, especially inside the pan and Draft Shield, to avoid dust or sample residue affecting accuracy.
• Please use a soft dry cloth when cleaning, avoid using chemical solvents or rinse directly with water.
• During transportation or moving, be sure to lock the Glass door transportation protection lock to prevent damage.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the Balance by themselves.
