Principle
The Electronic Balance works based on the principle of electromagnetic force equilibrating. When the measured object is placed on the pan, its gravity acts on the Sensor, which converts the gravity signal into an electrical signal. The electrical signal is processed by analog-to-digital conversion and microprocessor, and finally the mass of the object is displayed digitally on the true color TFT LCD Touchscreen.
Applications
Laboratories, scientific research institutions, educational institutions, pharmaceutical, chemical, food, jewelry, precious metal testing
Standards
The data did not mention specific compliance criteria.
Steps
1. Place the Balance on a smooth, vibration-free countertop and adjust the horizontal foot to center the bubble.
2. Turn on the power supply and turn it on to warm up.
3. Internally calibrate as needed (support timing, automatic or manual modes).
4. After the display screen stably displays zero, place the weighed object in the center of the pan.
5. After the reading is stable, read or record the weighing result through the Touchscreen.
6. After weighing, remove the weighed object and clean the pan.
7. Turn off the power.
Notice
• Balance should be placed in a stable, horizontal, vibration-free, no strong air disturbance environment.
• Avoid use in direct sunlight, high temperature, high humidity or corrosive gas environments.
• Preheat and calibrate before weighing to ensure accuracy.
• The weighing object must not exceed the Balanced Capacity (220g).
• Handle the weighed object with care to avoid Impact pan.
• Keep the inside of the pan and Draft Shield clean to prevent contamination from affecting accuracy.
• Use Glass Door Shipping Protection Lock to provide protection during moving days.
• Regular maintenance and inspections.
When connecting external devices through the RS232 interface, make sure the connection is correct.
• Do not disassemble the Balance without authorization.
