Overview
The AE523J is a touch-screen color screen Electronic Balance from the SDPTOP brand, which belongs to the AE-J Density Balance series. Principle
The Balance is based on the principle of electromagnetic force equilibrate Sensor for High Accuracy weighing. Its Density measurement function is based on the principle of Archimedes drainage method. By measuring the weight difference of the object in the air neutralized immersion liquid, combined with the known liquid Density or by standard weight calibrate, the Density value of the solid or liquid to be measured is automatically calculated, and the result is displayed directly.

Steps
1. Place the Balance on a smooth, vibration-free countertop, and adjust the horizontal foot to center the horizontal bubble.
2. Turn on the power supply and turn it on to warm up.
3. Calibrate as needed (e.g. using 500g calibrated weight).
4. Conventional weighing: touch the Touchscreen to read or record the weight after the display is stable.
5. Density measurement: Enter the Density application mode, follow the screen prompts, sequentially measure the weight of the sample in the air and the weight of the immersion in the auxiliary liquid, Balance will automatically calculate and display the Density value.
6. After use, turn off the power and clean the pan and Draft Shield.

• Please place the Balance on a stable, horizontal, vibration-free countertop away from airflow and heat sources.
• Avoid use in direct sunlight, high temperature, high humidity or corrosive gas environments.
• Full preheating is required after starting to ensure weighing accuracy.
• Please calibrate before weighing and check Balance accuracy regularly using standard weights.
• Weighed objects must not exceed Balanced Capacity (520g).
• When placing or removing the weighing object, the action should be gentle to avoid Impact pan.
Balance is kept clean, especially in the pan and Sensor area.
• Density measurement, make sure that the auxiliary liquid and sample temperature is consistent, and completely immersed in the sample and no bubbles attached.
