Overview
The ESH105 halogen Moisture Analyzer is a precision moisture analysis instrument using halogen lamp heating technology. Equipped with a stainless steel heating chamber, the instrument has adjustable temperature and time, and can visually display the moisture content and drying allowance of the sample by percentage. It is suitable for quickly and accurately determining the moisture content of various substances.
Features
1. Adopt halogen lamp heating method to heat up quickly and evenly.
2. The heating cavity is made of stainless steel, which is sturdy and durable.
3. Heating temperature and time can be flexibly set as required.
4. Directly display the moisture content as a percentage.
5. Display the drying allowance as a percentage.
6. Equipped with a large LCD screen with backlight, the reading is clear.
7. With data storage function, it can save 15 sets of historical records.
Principle
The instrument uses the principle of thermogravimetry for moisture determination. The sample is placed on the instrument pan, and the built-in halogen lamp of the instrument quickly heats the sample to evaporate the water in the sample. The instrument continuously monitors the mass change of the sample during the heating process through High Accuracy Sensacy, and calculates the moisture content percentage of the sample according to the initial mass and the final mass.
Applications
Food, chemical, pharmaceutical, agriculture, scientific research, Tobacco, grain, feed, tea, paper, wood

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply of the instrument and warm up.
2. Place the empty sample tray on the pan and press the "peel" button to return to zero.
3. Use the sampling tool to spread an appropriate amount of samples evenly on the sample tray.
4. Close the heating chamber cover and set the appropriate heating temperature and time according to the sample characteristics.
5. Press the "Start" button to start the test, and the instrument will automatically heat up and make measurements.
6. After the test, the instrument sounds and automatically displays the percentage of moisture content and the percentage of drying allowance.
7. Record or save test data and clean the sample tray for next use.
Notice
The instrument should be placed on a stable, vibration-free surface away from heat sources and strong electromagnetic interference.
The sample should be evenly tiled on the sample plate, and should not be too thick or piled up to ensure uniform heating and test accuracy.
When setting the heating temperature, do not exceed the maximum temperature allowed by the instrument (199 ° C), and avoid using too high a temperature for heat-sensitive samples.
• Do not open the heating chamber cover during the test to avoid affecting the test results and preventing burns.
• The heating chamber and sample tray have high temperatures after testing and need to be chilled down before cleaning or touching.
• Please use a dried and clean sample tray and make sure it has been peeled and returned to zero before each test.
• Regularly clean the instrument, keep the heating chamber and Optical inspection components clean, but avoid liquids entering the instrument.
• If not used for a long time, please disconnect the power supply and store the instrument in a drying environment.
