Overview
SDPTOP MP3002J electronic density Balance is a precision instrument dedicated to density measurement. Combining electronic Balance and density measurement device, it can directly read density values to two decimal places without complex calculations. This product is suitable for density testing of various solid and liquid materials and is widely used in scientific research and industrial fields.
Features
1. Electronic Balance with density measurement device, measuring the effective digits of density (g/cm ³) to two digits after the decimal point;
2. Direct density reading, minus cumbersome calculations;
3. Can measure solid, liquid density, standard liquid density selection;
4. All Aluminum Base Design to Prevent Low Frequency Vibration and Enhance Weighing Stability;
5. Support a variety of density test types, including solid (standard, non-standard, float) and liquid (with reference plumb block).
Principle
The electron density Balance calculates the density value by measuring the mass of the measured object in air and the buoyancy in water using the Archimedes principle. With the density measurement device, the density result can be displayed directly without manual calculation.
Applications
Research Institute, Electronics Industry, Rubber Industry, Wire and cable manufacturing, Food Industry, Cosmetics Industry, Paper Industry, Machining Industry, Powder Metallurgy Industry, Automotive Industry, Plastic Granules, Rubber Granules, Plastic Composites, Resin, Metal Products, Stone, Graphite Materials, Glass Products, Various Alloys, Various Chemical Solutions
Steps
1. Connect the density measurement device and turn it on;
2. Use external test weight (200g) to calibrate;
3. Place the measured object in the air for measurement mass;
4. Immerse the measured object in water to measure buoyancy;
5. Directly read the density value;
6. Data can be exported through the RS232 interface.
Notice
• The mass of the measured object in the air should be ≥ 0.25g.
• The buoyancy of the measured object in water should be ≤ -0.125g.
• External calibrating is required before use;
• Ensure the stability of the base to prevent vibration interference;
• Only applicable to specified test types and materials.
