Overview
SDPTOP MP4002J electronic density Balance is a precision instrument designed for density measurement. Combining electronic Balance and density measurement device, it can directly read density values to two decimal places, suitable for density testing of various solid and liquid materials.

Principle
The electron density Balance is based on the Archimedes principle and calculates density by measuring the mass difference of an object in air and water. With a density measurement device, the data is automatically processed and the density value is displayed directly, simplifying the operation process.

Steps
1. Place the Balance on a stable plane, connect the power supply and turn it on.
Externally calibrated with 200g test weight.
3. Select the density test type (solid or liquid).
4. Measurement of the mass of the object in the air to ensure that the mass is ≥ 0.25g.
Immerse the object in water, measure the buoyancy, and ensure that the buoyancy is ≤ -0.125g.
6. Balance automatically calculates and directly displays the density value.
7. Export data via RS232 interface (if required).
Notice
• Ensure that the mass of the measured object in the air is not less than 0.25g, and the buoyancy in the water does not exceed -0.125g.
• Externally calibrated before use to ensure Measurement accuracy.
• Avoid operating on vibrating or uneven surfaces to prevent affecting Stability.
• Do not use corrosion chemicals during cleaning and maintenance.
• Only for specified material density test, do not overload.
