SDPTOP SH10A rapid moisture meter is an instrument for rapid determination of free moisture in various samples. It is suitable for chemical raw materials, grains, minerals, biological products, food, raw materials, paper, Spinning & weaving raw materials and other samples.

Principle
The instrument evaporates water by heating the sample, and uses the Weighing Sensor to measure the mass change before and after heating, so as to directly calculate the percentage of water content or dry weight of the sample.

Steps
1. Place the sample on the pan.
2. Set the required heating temperature and time.
3. Start the heating program.
4. After the program, the instrument directly displays the moisture content percentage or dry weight.
Notice
• Please ensure that the instrument is used on a stable bench.
• Do not touch the heating parts during the heating process to prevent burns.
• Select the appropriate heating temperature and time according to the characteristics of the sample.
• Regularly clean the pan to ensure measurement accuracy.
