Overview
SDPTOP NDJ-1 Viscometer is an instrument for the measurement of Tack resistance and absolute viscosity of fluids such as grease, paints, food, gluing agents, etc. The analog pointer display is easy to install and easy to operate.
Features
1. Tack resistance and absolute viscosity measurement of oils, paints, food, gluing agents and other fluids
2. Analog pointer display
3. Easy installation
4. Easy to operate
5. Viscosity range: 1~ 100000mPa · s
6. Rotor specifications: 1 #, 2 #, 3 #, 4 #
7. Rotor speed: 6/12/30/60rpm
8. Measurement accuracy : +/- 5% F.S
Principle
The NDJ-1 Viscometer measures absolute viscosity by the Tack Resistance of the rotor as it swirls/spins in the fluid. Rotation speed swirls/spins are set and the resistance of the fluid to the rotor is indicated by the pointer to determine the viscosity value.
Applications
Grease, paints, food, gluing agent
Steps
1. Select the appropriate rotor and install it
2. Immerse the rotor in the fluid to be measured
3. Manually select the desired Rotation speed
4. Start the instrument and observe the pointer reading
5. Calculate viscosity value according to rotor coefficient and Rotation speed
6. Clean the rotor after measurement
Notice
• Ensure that the rotor is properly installed and cleaned
• Check whether the fluid temperature is stable before measurement
• Avoid use in fluids beyond the viscosity range
• Regularly calibrate instruments to ensure Measurement accuracy
• Clean and maintain in time after use
