Overview
The SDPTOP NDJ-4 Viscometer is an instrument for the measurement of Tack Resistance and Absolute Viscosity of fluids such as oils, paints, food, gluing agents, etc. The product uses an analog pointer display and is easy to install and operate.
Features
1. Tack resistance and absolute viscosity measurement of oils, paints, food, gluing agents and other fluids
2. Analog pointer display
3. Easy installation
4. Easy to operate
5. Provide a variety of rotor specifications and Rotation speed options
Principle
The Viscometer measures absolute viscosity through the Tack Resistance of the rotor as it swirls/spins in the fluid, and displays the measurement results visually using an analog pointer.
Applications
Grease, paints, food, gluing agent
Steps
1. Choose the right rotor and Rotation speed
Step 2 Install the rotor
3. Immerse the rotor in the fluid to be measured
4. Initiate measurement
5. Read the viscosity value displayed by the pointer
Notice
• Please read the instructions carefully before use
• Select the appropriate rotor and Rotation speed according to the measured fluid characteristics
• Ensure the rotor is clean and drying
• Keep the instrument stable during measurement
• Avoid exceeding the Measurement range of the instrument
