Overview
The Defelsko PosiTest AT-M 20mm Pull Adhesion Tester is a Portable Adhesion Tester that uses hydraulic pulling force to disbond coatings per unit area from substrates, suitable for use in laboratories and workshops. The readings are displayed in Psi and MPa units via the LCD screen. Measurement range is 0~ 3000psi adhesion strength. It is waterproof and dustproof, and has a 1.5-meter long hose for narrow area measurement.

Principle
The instrument uses hydraulic pulling force to disbond the coating per unit area from the coating substrate, measures adhesion strength through the built-in pressure system, and automatically calculates the pressure value according to the kit size, which is displayed on the LCD screen in digital form.

Steps
1. Select the kit model by pressing the button.
2. Use the trimmer to prepare the test area.
3. Paste the kit to the coating surface.
4. Start the hydraulic pump to apply the pulling force.
5. Read the adhesion value displayed on the LCD screen (the unit can be selected as MPa or psi).
6. Optional to store readings or export data via USB interface.
Notice
Make sure the kit is pasted correctly to avoid measurement errors.
Pay attention to the hose length limit when using in narrow areas.
Periodically calibrated to maintain accuracy.

● The kit is for one-time use, and it is recommended to save it for archiving.
