Overview
The Defelsko PosiTest AT-A 50mm Pull Adhesion Tester is a fully automatic pull adhesion meter designed for lower adhesion coatings. It automatically generates uniform and stable pull-out force with an electronically controlled hydraulic pump, with a maximum range of 560psi, can be connected to APP operation measurement and management data, and is suitable for smooth or rough surfaces.
Features
1. Adopt color LCD screen and touch button operation, no need to wear gloves.
2. The environmentally friendly sealing shell meets the IP65 level, which is waterproof, dustproof and shockproof.
3. The electronically controlled hydraulic pump automatically generates a smooth and continuous pulling force, reducing manual operation errors.
4. Built-in rechargeable battery, each charge can be continuously tested 200 times, and AC power is supported.
5. Rubber grip with adsorption force, the substrate is stable and non-slip.
6. The user can adjust the pulling rate, limit, and holding time.
7, automatic alignment positioning kit, accurate measurement of smooth or rough surface.
8. Optional 10, 14, 20 and 50mm kits to meet different adhesion range testing requirements.
9. Can be tested horizontally or vertically, and the LCD screen can be swirled/spun.
10. The pressure system has been verified by NIST Traceability for accuracy of +/- 1% (full scale).
Principle
The tester automatically generates pulling force through an electronically controlled hydraulic pump, which is applied evenly and stably to the coating to measure its adhesion. The automatic alignment kit ensures accurate measurement on smooth or rough surfaces.
Applications
Concrete, wood, plastic coatings
Standards
ASTM D4541、ASTM D7234、ISO 4624、ISO 16276-1、AS/NZS 1580.408.5
Steps
1. Install the appropriate kit (e.g. 50mm kit).
2. Set test parameters through Touchscreen or APP.
3. Align the tester with the coating surface.
4. Start the test and automatically apply the pulling force.
5. Record and store the test results.
Notice
• Make sure the battery is fully charged or use AC power for testing.
• Check that the kit and trimmer are in good condition before testing.
• Avoid use in extreme environment conditions to prevent affecting accuracy.
• Make sure the Bluetooth connection is stable when using the APP.
• Regularly calibrate instruments to maintain accuracy.
