Overview
The Defelsko PosiTest AT-M 50mm pull adhesion meter is a manual pull adhesion meter using a 50mm size kit for the measurement of low adhesion coatings such as wood, concrete coatings and plastic paints. The instrument has a Measurement range of 50 to 500psi, uses digital test results, has a Display resolution of 0.01MPa, is well equipped with a hose for difficult measurement areas, and has a USB interface for connecting to a PC.

Principle
The PosiTest AT-M 50mm pullout adhesion meter measures the tensile force required to separate a unit area of coating from the collective, expressed in MPa or Psi adhesion values.

Steps
1. Select the right size kit and install it.
2. Use a trimmer to handle the test area.
3. Align the kit to the test surface and apply tension through the manual hydraulic pump.
4. Observe the LCD display to read the adhesion value.
5. Measurement unit can be changed or stored by pressing the key.
6. Use the USB interface to connect to the PC to transfer data.
Notice
• Make sure the kit is firmly installed to avoid loosening during testing.
When measuring on smooth or rough surfaces, pay attention to self-alignment positioning to ensure accuracy.
• Periodically calibrate instruments to maintain +/- 1% Measurement accuracy.
• Clean the kit after use to avoid residue affecting the next test.
When storing data, be careful not to exceed the 200 reading limit.
• When used in harsh environments, pay attention to the waterproof and dustproof characteristics of the instrument.
