Overview
NS808 traffic sign measurement module Colorimeter is a professional instrument specially designed by 3nh brand for traffic sign detection. The instrument has built-in various Illuminants and adopts a 45/0 geometric light path structure, which can accurately measure the luminance factor, chromaticity coordinates and other chroma data of the reflective film. With the traffic sign measurement module of SQCT software, it can effectively determine whether the sample meets the polygonal Color area requirements of GB 2893, GB/T 18833 and other standards.

Principle
The instrument adopts a 45/0 geometric optical path structure. The sample is irradiated by a combined LED Illuminant, and the silicon photodiode Sensor receives the reflected light and measures the spectral reflectance at 10nm intervals in the 400-700nm Wavelength range. With SQCT software, it is determined whether the chroma data of the sample falls within the polygon Color area specified by the standard by establishing the polygon-tolerance master standard (sequentially entering the chromaticity coordinates of the vertex of the Color area).

Steps
1. Install the SQCT host computer software and connect the NS808 instrument
2. The instrument is powered on and turned on, and the whiteboard and black barrel correction are completed.
3. Enter the traffic sign measurement module in the SQCT software
4. Create polygon-tolerance master standard (choose built-in standard or custom)
5. Test the sample against the measurement caliber
6. Review test results and judgments
7. Can print reports or export data
8. Save test data and configuration files
Notice
• When entering the vertices of the chromaticity coordinates, they must be entered in clockwise or counterclockwise order according to the graphics of the Color area
• Ordinary reflection sample luminance factor should be greater than 0 less than 1 (0 < β < 1)
• Whiteboard and black barrel calibration must be completed before testing
• The sample should be close to the measurement diameter during measurement
• Operating Ambient Temperature should be kept within the range of 0~ 40 ℃
• Storage Ambient Temperature should be kept in the range of -20~ 50 ℃
