YEDA YD-261QZD automatic Closed Cup Flash Point Tester is designed and manufactured according to the Chinese petroleum industry standard GB/T261, and is controlled by microcomputer technology to realize the automation of the test process. The instrument is equipped with color Touchscreen operation and thermal printer, which can automatically print results and has a fault self-check function. It is suitable for closed flash point testing in petroleum, chemical, electric power, environmental protection, railway, scientific research and other departments.

Principle
The instrument is based on the GB/T261 standard and controls the entire test process through microcomputer technology. Thermocouple is used to detect the temperature, the motor is stirred, and the sample is heated according to the set heating rate (5~ 6 ° C/min). During the heating process, the instrument automatically performs electronic ignition and automatically detects the flash point through Sensor. After the test, the system will automatically compensate for atmospheric pressure and print the results.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample and place it in the instrument.
