Overview
The DAQTECH TCK-1206 Furnace temperature tracker is a 6-channel wave soldering furnace temperature tester designed for DIP users. It uses a K-type Thermocouple with good Linearity and high Sensitivity. It is composed of a TCK system thermometer and a W-1 wave soldering test stand. It can not only measure furnace temperature Linear dispersion, but also measurement of tin depth, peak level, tin wave height, transportation speed, tin time and tin width. Powerful and easy to use.
Features
1. It has 8 kinds of test functions: peak level, tin wave height, tin immersion depth, equipment chain speed, tin immersion width, tin immersion time, preheating zone slope and preheating zone maximum temperature test.
2. Powerful wave soldering temperature Linear dispersion analysis function, including temperature and speed setting, data point analysis, temperature/time calculation, Linear dispersion scaling and simulation, data export to Excel, multi-Linear dispersion comparison, etc.
3. Provide real-time monitoring and instrument recording two Operating Modes, as well as manual, specified time, and specified temperature three starting modes.
4. Equipped with product, equipment, solder paste database management and PWI process index analysis functions.
5. Powered by a built-in rechargeable battery, with low total power consumption and support for RS-232, USB, or RF connections.
Principle
The instrument collects the temperature data of each key point in the wave soldering furnace through the K-type Thermocouple Probe, and records the data in the internal memory of the instrument. After the test is completed, the data is transmitted to the computer through RS-232, USB or RF, and processed, analyzed and reported by the supporting ProfileManager V1.50 analysis software, so as to realize the accurate measurement and evaluation of the furnace temperature Linear dispersion and a number of welding process parameters.
Applications
Wave soldering process monitoring and optimization, electronic assembly (DIP packaging) production process control, welding mass analysis

Steps
1. Connect the Thermocouple Probe to the test stand and install the test stand on the wave soldering transmission chain.
2. Set the sampling interval (0.25-600 seconds) through the software and select the startup mode (manual, specified time or specified temperature).
3. Start the instrument and pass it through the wave soldering furnace with the PCB to complete the data collection.
4. Connect the instrument to the computer via RS-232, USB, or RF.
5. Use ProfileManager V1.50 software to read data, perform Linear dispersion analysis, parameter calculation and report generation.
6. You can choose to export the data to Excel for editing, or call multiple groups of Linear dispersion for comparative analysis.
Notice
• Please ensure that the built-in battery of the instrument is fully charged before use.
• Thermocouple Probes need to be properly installed and fixed to the test stand to ensure good contact.
• According to the test requirements, set the sampling interval reasonably in the software to equilibrate the data accuracy and storage capacity.
• Instruments and thermal insulation boxes should be avoided beyond their specified temperature measurement range (0 to 1000 ° C).
• When data transmission, please ensure that the cable is stable, or the RF communication environment is good.
• Regularly clear the instrument memory data through software or manually to free up storage space.
The analysis software is rich in functions. It is recommended to familiarize yourself with various functions (such as PWI analysis and database management) before performing in-depth process optimization.
