Overview
JILINHAIMAI JLHM-201 Automatic Closed Cup Flash Point Tester is designed and manufactured according to the GB/T3536-2008 standard "Petroleum product flash point and ignition point determination method (Cleveland closed cup method) ". It adopts true color LCD Touchscreen full Chinese man-machine dialogue interface, graphic operation input, technical expertise, easy operation, and the product is at the domestic professional level. The instrument adopts gas-free electronic ignition, high-Sensitivity flash fire detection module, and the whole test process is automated. It has over-temperature protection and anti-dry burning protection functions to better ensure the safety of the operator and the instrument.

Principle
The instrument adopts passive electronic ignition and high-Sensitivity flash detection module, the whole test process is automated, the temperature is monitored in real time through the Platinum Resistance Temperature Sensor, and the sample is heated according to the set heating rate, and the flash point is automatically detected and the data is recorded.
Applications

Steps
1. Turn on the instrument switch
2. Set test parameters through Touchscreen
3. Put the sample into the oil cup
4. Start the test program
5. Print the results through the thermal printer after the test is completed
