Principle
The TCK-2003 Furnace temperature tracker collects temperature data through the K-type Thermocouple Probe to record the temperature change in the furnace at a set Sampling interval. The instrument supports three starting modes of manual, specified time and specified temperature, and has two Operating Modes for real-time monitoring and recording. The collected data can be transferred to the analysis software for processing and analysis through the RS-232 or USB interface.

Steps
1. Set the oven temperature zone temperature and transportation speed
2. Configure the location name of the temperature sampling point and the schematic diagram of the workpiece
3. Select the startup mode (manual, specified time or specified temperature)
4. Place the instrument in the test position to start recording
5. Transfer data to analysis software via RS-232 or USB connection
6. Linear dispersion analysis and data processing using analysis software
Notice
Measurement time is 35-40 minutes in 300 ℃ environment when the instrument is equipped with heat insulation box
