Principle
The TCK-1204 Furnace temperature tracker uses its 4-channel high-Sensitivity K-type Thermocouple Probe to collect temperature data in the furnace or on the workpiece at a set sampling interval (adjustable in 0.25-600 seconds). The collected data is stored internally in the device and then transferred to a dedicated analysis software on the computer via an RS-232 or USB connection. The software processes and analyzes the data to generate detailed temperature-time Linear dispersion reports to help users optimize the coating process.
Applications
Mobile phone shell UV painting, Miscellaneous coating process
Steps
1. Fix the Thermocouple Probe on the workpiece to be tested through a special test fixture.
2. Set parameters such as sampling interval and startup mode (manual, specified time or specified temperature) through the analysis software.
3. Place the recorder and the workpiece together in the furnace for tracking testing.
After the test is completed, remove the recorder and connect it to the computer via RS-232 or USB.
5. Use the supporting Baking-Profiling analysis software to read the data, perform Linear dispersion analysis, data export and other operations.
Notice
• Please ensure that the Thermocouple Probe is in good contact with the workpiece to ensure the accuracy of temperature measurement.
• Choose the appropriate sampling interval according to the test environment.
• Please check whether the device has sufficient power before use.
• Pay attention to the temperature measurement range of the equipment (0~ 1000 ° C), and do not use it beyond the limit.
• When operating the software, it can make full use of its various analytical functions (such as slope calculation, Linear dispersion comparison, etc.) to optimize the process.
• The recorder memory data can be cleared by software for the next test.
