Principle
The DAQTECH TC-60K Furnace temperature tracker collects temperature data through K-type Thermocouple. The Sampling interval can be set by software within 0.05-600 seconds, and the storage capacity is 120,000 points/channel. The instrument is powered by a built-in rechargeable battery, with a total Power of ≤ 100mW. Data is transmitted via RS-232 or USB (optional) connection. The analysis software e-DataPro supports Chinese and English languages for temperature Linear dispersion analysis, process optimization and data management.
Applications
Temperature considerations of SMT mounting and plug-in PCB welding process in the electronics industry, temperature mapping and analysis in food, environment, painting, oven, tunnel furnace and other industries
Steps
1. Select the start mode: manual, specified time or specified temperature
2. Set Sampling interval and temperature zone parameters
3. Place the instrument in the test position and connect the Thermocouple.
4. Start recording, and the instrument automatically collects temperature data
5. Connect the computer via RS-232 or USB
6. Use e-DataPro software to download and analyze data
7. Linear dispersion comparison, process optimization and data export
8. Clear the instrument memory data as needed
Notice
• Ensure Thermocouple is connected correctly to avoid measurement errors
• The instrument has a built-in battery, which needs to be charged regularly to ensure normal operation
• Keep the connection stable when downloading data to prevent interruptions
• Pay attention to size matching when using the heat insulation box to avoid high temperature damage
• Confirm the language setting before software operation to avoid misoperation
• Check formatting integrity when exporting Excel data
Backup important information before clearing memory data
