SAI XIJ IE ® DTY Professional Precision Balance (Model: DTY-1203) is a powerful and high-performance precision Balance. It is based on the in-depth exploration and optimization of traditional Balance Sensor technology, adopts innovative concepts, controls and triggers internal correction through custom time and temperature changes, and uses corresponding software programming to achieve a breakthrough in the new generation of single-cell sensing technology. The sensing technology is characterized by fast weighing Response, strong durability, good conformity, and compatibility with sensitivity and stability.

Principle
The Electronic Balance works based on a new generation of single mass Sensor technology. The Sensor is optimized for fast Response and strong conformity. The Balance has a built-in intelligent calibrating system that automatically triggers internal correction according to user-defined time intervals or Ambient Temperature changes to ensure weighing accuracy. Automatic switching of dual ranges and dual accuracies is realized through software programming, and six-stage adjustable filtering function is used to adapt to different vibration environments to ensure the stability of weighing results.

Steps
1. Place the Balance on a stable, level surface.
2. Connect the Power Adapter or install an external rechargeable battery.
3. When turned on, Balance will automatically lock the measurement mode at the last shutdown.
4. Set the time or temperature conditions that trigger internal correction through the menu as required.
5. Select the desired weighing unit (20 options available).
6. According to the characteristics of the weighing object (e.g. whether it is easy to shake), adjust the filter level between 0 and 6 stages to optimize the stabilization time.
7. If you need to use special functions (such as Percentage, Density, Counting, etc.), enter the corresponding application mode.
8. Perform the weighing operation and record the result after the reading is stable.
9. Data can be transferred by connecting external devices through the RS232 interface.
10. Shut down after use.
Notice
• Please ensure that Balance works under environment conditions of 10 ℃~ 30 ℃ and humidity ≤ 80% RH (non-condensing).
• Avoid use in environments with strong airflow, vibration or static interference.
• Make sure the pan is clean before weighing and wait for Balance to fully warm up.
• Do not exceed Balanced Capacity (1200g).
• Set or trigger automatic internal calibrating periodically according to the Operating Environment to ensure accuracy.
• Handle the Balance with care to avoid Impact on the Sensor.
• Please use a soft dry cloth when cleaning and avoid using corrosive cleaners.
• If not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply and store it properly.
