Principle
The DTY series Electronic Balance uses innovative monolithic sensing technology, the core of which is to deeply control the Sensor through software programming. The technology can automatically trigger the calibration program inside the Balance according to custom time and temperature changes, thus ensuring that the Sensor can maintain High Accuracy and stability in various environment conditions. The Working Principle is to convert mass signals into electrical signals through the Sensor, and then display them visually on the LCD display after processing.

Steps
1. Place the Balance on a stable, level surface.
2. Connect the Power Adapter or install the battery.
3. When turned on, Balance will automatically lock the measurement mode at the last shutdown.
4. Set the time and temperature trigger calibrating conditions through the menu as needed, or calibrate manually.
5. Select the corresponding application mode according to the weighing requirements (such as percentage, Density, count, etc.).
6. To peel, place the container on the pan and press the "Tare" button.
7. Put the items to be weighed gently in the center of the pan for weighing.
Record the data after the reading is stable, or output the data through the RS232 interface.
9. Shut down after use.
Notice
* Please ensure that Balance work in 10~ 30 ℃, humidity ≤ 80% RH (non-condensing) environment conditions.
* Avoid use in environments with direct sunlight, strong airflow, strong electromagnetic interference or violent vibration.
* Make sure Balance is preheated and calibrated before weighing.
* When weighing items, handle them with care to avoid Impact pans.
* Keep the inside of the pan and Balance clean to avoid dust or liquid entering the body.
When weighing with the lower hook, ensure that the suspension is stable and does not touch Miscellaneous objects.
When not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply and store it properly.
