Principle
HUAZHI PTX-4102 Analytical Balance detects weight signals through a single precision mass Sensor, adopts digitalization line processing technology, combines multiple intelligent filtering and full temperature compensation system to ensure the accuracy and Stability of weighing data. The product has Auto Internal Cal function, which can automatically adjust the calibrating parameters according to Ambient Temperature changes.
Applications
Percentage weighing, density weighing direct reading, animal (dynamic) weighing, set object weighing counting, cost accounting (pricing), upper and lower limit checking, fur net skin weighing, peak holding, cumulative function
Steps
1. Place Balance on a Stable Workbench
2. Turn on the power supply and turn it on.
3. Wait for Auto Internal Cal to complete
4. Select the weighing application mode as needed
5. Place items to be weighed
6. Read the display results
7. Data can be transmitted by connecting peripheral devices through the RS232 interface
8. Shut down after use

• Balance in a stable, vibration-free working environment
Avoid operating in a strong electromagnetic interference environment
• Make sure Balance is completed before weighing Automatic calibration
• Do not exceed Capacity Range 4100g
• Keep the pan clean and avoid contact with corrosion substances
• Ambient Temperature should be kept within 5~ 35 ℃
• Regularly check the status of the equipment to ensure normal operation
