Overview
The DAQTECH DT-6K Furnace temperature tracker is an in-line temperature measurement device specially designed for wave soldering and reflow soldering processes. The instrument has 6 temperature measurement channels, the temperature measurement range is 0~ 500 ℃, and the high-Sensitivity K-type Thermocouple is used. The sampling rate can be adjusted from 0.05 seconds/channel to 5 seconds/channel. It has large-capacity storage, which can record 3.90 million data points and continuously store unlimited sets of temperature Linear dispersion data. With professional software, accurate process analysis and evaluation can be realized.

Principle
The Furnace temperature tracker collects real-time temperature data in welding furnaces (such as wave soldering furnaces and reflow furnaces) through the K-type Thermocouple Probe, and records the data in the built-in memory at a set sampling interval (0.05s~ 5s/channel). After the recording is completed, the data is transmitted to the computer through the USB interface, and the temperature Linear dispersion is analyzed using the supporting software to evaluate and optimize the welding production process.
