HUAZHI DTY-C2200 is an industrial-grade standard Balance with an accuracy of 0.1g and is manufactured using a high-specification process. Principle
The Balance converts the mass of the weighing object into an electrical signal through the built-in Sensor, which is processed and displayed on the LCD display. It has the function of automatic dual range and dual accuracy, which can automatically switch the range and accuracy according to the weighing needs. The built-in auto calibration system ensures the accuracy of weighing, and the six-level shock filter function effectively reduces the vibration interference of the environment.

Steps
1. Place the Balance on a smooth, vibration-free surface.
2. Connect the power supply or install the battery.
3. When powered on, Balance will automatically lock the mode from the last shutdown.
4. Select the desired weighing mode (e.g. Percentage, Density, Counting, Checking, etc.) and unit through the menu as required.
5. To calibrate, perform the automatic internal calibration procedure after the Balance stabilizes.
6. Put the item to be weighed lightly in the center of the pan or use the lower hook device.
7. Read the data after the display value is stable.
8. Data can be transmitted by connecting peripheral devices through the RS232 interface.
9. Shut down after use.
Notice
• Please use Balance in a stable, horizontal environment without strong airflow interference.
• Avoid use in direct sunlight, high temperature, high humidity or corrosive gas environments.
• Handle with care when weighing items to avoid Impact pan.
• Do not exceed Balanced Capacity (2200g/4200g).
• Clean the pan regularly to keep it clean, but avoid using corrosive cleaners.
• If not in use for a long time, please remove the battery.
• Before precision weighing, it is recommended to preheat Balance and calibrate.
When connecting peripherals, ensure that the interfaces match and operate correctly.
