Overview
The RONGJIDA NDJ-5S rotational viscometer is a digital display instrument designed for the measurement of absolute viscosity of Newtonian liquids and apparent viscosity of non-Newtonian liquids. The instrument is equipped with 4 rotors at different speeds and 4 different types of rotors, which can be combined to adapt to the viscosity detection needs of different objects. Microcomputer technology is used to process the data, resulting in sensitive, accurate and reliable measurements. The display has a blue backlight function, which is convenient for use in environments with insufficient rays of light.

Principle
The working principle of the NDJ-5S rotational viscometer is that the motor drives the rotor to swirl/spin at a constant speed through variable speed. When the rotor swirls/spins in the liquid, the liquid will produce a viscosity torque acting on the rotor. The greater the viscosity of the liquid, the greater the Tack torque; conversely, the smaller the viscosity of the liquid, the smaller the Tack torque. The Sensor detects the Tack torque acting on the rotor, and the viscosity of the measured liquid is obtained after computer processing.
