Overview
HTYBS-H automatic Closed Cup Flash Point Tester uses Touchscreen instead of keyboard operation to determine the closed-mouth flash point value of petroleum products. The instrument adopts foreign professional technology, is equipped with LCD large-screen LCD full Chinese display man-machine dialogue interface and full-screen touch buttons, and is easy and fast to operate. Its open, fuzzy control integrated software and Modular structure meet the national standard, the United States, the European Union and other standards. Principle
The instrument automatically adjusts the temperature rise and Linear dispersion under the adaptive PID control algorithm through the Platinum Resistance (PT100) Temperature Sensor and the Ion Detection Ring Flash Sensor to heat the sample. When the flash fire is detected, the instrument automatically completes a series of operations such as opening the lid, igniting, alarming, chilling down and printing the results, and can correct the test results according to the automatically detected atmospheric pressure.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample and place it in the instrument.
2. Select the corresponding execution standard and set the parameters through the Touchscreen.
3. Start the test, the instrument will automatically complete the whole process of heating, detection, flash fire judgment, alarm, chill down and result printing.
4. After the test is completed, time-stamped test results can be viewed or printed from the history.
Notice
• The instrument should be used under the conditions of Ambient Temperature 10~ 40 ℃ and relative humidity < 85%.
• The supply voltage needs to be AC220V +/- 10%.
• Do not touch the heating part during the test to prevent burns.
• When the temperature exceeds the limit, the instrument will automatically stop and alarm, and the reason needs to be checked before operation.
• Regular Maintenance to Ensure Sensitivity of Sensors such as Ion Detection Rings.
• The instrument weight is 18kg, so pay attention to safety when moving.
