HTYKS-H automatic Open Cup Flash Point Tester adopts Touchscreen operation to measure the open flash point value of petroleum products. The instrument adopts professional technology, with a full Chinese LCD man-machine dialogue interface and touch buttons, and the software adopts open fuzzy control integration, Modular structure, in line with national standards, US, European Union and other standards. It is a substitute for imported instruments and is widely used in railway, aviation, electric power, petroleum industries and scientific research departments.

Principle
The instrument uses the Platinum Resistance (PT100) Temperature Sensor and the Ion Detection Ring Flash Sensor to automatically heat the sample according to the set heating rate under the heating of the adaptive PID control algorithm and the high-power high-frequency switching power supply. When the flash fire is detected, the temperature is automatically recorded, and the results can be corrected according to the automatically detected atmospheric pressure. After the detection is completed, the automatic alarm, chill down and print the results.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample and place it in the test furnace.
2. Select test criteria and parameters through Touchscreen.
3. Start the test, the instrument automatically completes the whole process of heating, detection, opening the lid, ignition, alarm, chill down and printing.
4. Review and record the test results.
Notice
• The instrument should be used under the conditions of Ambient Temperature 10~ 40 ℃ and relative humidity ≤ 85%.
• The supply voltage needs to be AC220V +/- 10%.
• Note that the excess temperature of the instrument will automatically stop and alarm, and it needs to be dealt with in time.
• When using the gas ignition method (optional), it needs to be operated according to the specifications.
• The instrument weight is 18kg, so pay attention to safety when moving.
