Overview
HUATIANDIANLI HTWS-V intelligent micro-water measurement instrument is a High Accuracy intelligent instrument designed according to the national power industry standard DL/T506-2007, using the original imported High Accuracy dew point Sensor and new digital circuit control technology. It is used for the measurement of trace moisture content in SF6 gas. The instrument adopts intelligent self-calibrating technology, wide measurement range, fast Response speed, high accuracy and good linearity, and has an automatic drying device to shorten the measurement time.

Principle
The instrument is based on High Accuracy dew point Sensor and digital circuit control technology. The sensor detects the moisture content in SF6 gas, converts it into a dewpoint temperature signal, and then calculates the corresponding micro-water value and displays it through high-speed analog-to-digital converter and intelligent processing circuit. The instrument has auto calibration and drying functions to ensure fast and accurate measurement process.

Steps
1. Connect the instrument and the equipment to be tested, ensure the use of self-locking connectors and check the sealing of the gas path.
2, turn on the instrument power supply, the system boot self-calibrating.
3. Set the relevant parameters through the Touchscreen and enter the measurement state.
4. Observe and record the dew point value, micro-water value and dynamic Linear dispersion displayed by the instrument.
5. After the measurement is completed, save the data (up to 100 groups can be stored), and transfer the data to the PC through the RS232 interface if necessary.
6. Turn off the power supply of the instrument and disconnect the gas connection.
Notice
• Please make sure the instrument has sufficient power or connect the adapter before use.
• When connecting the gas circuit, the matching self-locking connector should be used to ensure no air leakage.
• The instrument has a built-in oil filtrating device, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term use in extreme environments with serious oil or chemical pollution.
• Instrument storage temperature range is -20 ℃~ + 80 ℃, do not store in an environment beyond this range.
• The charging time is about 4 hours, please use the original charger.
• Instrument pressure measurement range of 0~ 1.0Mpa, do not overpressure use.
• If not used for a long time, it is recommended to charge it regularly to maintain battery activity.
