The instrument works based on the principle of photoelectric integration. The built-in standard D65 Illuminant is irradiated on the tested sample, and the reflected or transmitted rays of light of the sample are received by the Optical inspection system and converted into electrical signals. The Sensor inside the instrument simulates the color function of CIE 1964, etc., and processes and calculates the electrical signal, and finally obtains various color parameters and color difference values of the sample.

1. Boot preheating: Connect the power supply, turn on the power switch, and preheat the instrument. 2. Zero adjustment: Press the "zero adjustment" button to enter the ready state, align the Optical inspection test head with the black zero adjustment cylinder, and press the "execute" button to complete the zero adjustment. 3. Whitening (proofreading standard): Press the "Standard Whitening" button to enter the preparation state, align the Optical inspection test head with the standard whiteboard, and press the "Execute" button to complete the standard proofing. 4. Sample measurement: Press the "sample test" button to enter the preparation state, place the sample in the reflection sample test bench or transmission measurement position, and press the "execute" button for measurement. 5. View results: After the measurement is completed, press the "Show" button to view the measurement results, and continuous buttons can browse all output parameters. 6. Print output: If you need to record, press the "Print" button to output the measurement result through the printer.
