Overview
KANGGUANG SC-80C automatic color difference meter is a precision instrument for the measurement of object Color and color difference. It uses standard D65 Illuminant, complies with JJG595-89 color difference meter Measurement specification, has reflection and transmission two measurement modes, can be widely used in the field of Color quality control and analysis.

Principle
The instrument uses a Sensitivity system similar to the color function of CIE 1964 to illuminate the sample with a standard D65 Illuminant. The optical signal reflected or transmitted by the sample is received by the Optical inspection test head, converted into an electrical signal by the internal Sensor and processor, and finally calculated and output the quantization parameters of CIE XYZ, L * a * b * and other Color Spaces.

Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up. Press the "Reset" button to interrupt the warm-up and enter the working state.
2. Zero adjustment: Aim the instrument at the black correction cylinder, press the "zero adjustment" button, and then press the "execute" button.
3. Whitening (proofreading standard): align the instrument with the standard whiteboard, press the "Standard" button, and then press the "Execute" button.
4. Sample measurement: align the instrument with the sample to be tested, press the "sample" button, and then press the "execute" button.
5. View results: After measurement, press the "Display" button to view the measurement results in a loop.
6. Output result: Press the "Print" button to print the result or communicate with the computer.
Notice
• The instrument needs to be fully preheated before use to ensure stable measurement.
• Zero and whitening (proofreading standards) are key steps to ensure accurate measurement and must be operated in a standardized manner.
• When measuring, make sure that the sample completely covers the measurement diameter (reflection φ 18 mm, transmission φ 10 mm).
• Operating Ambient Temperature should be kept in the range of 0~ 40 ℃.
• When not in use for a long time, it should be stored in an environment of -20~ 55 ° C.
• The printer is an optional accessory, and if you need the printing function, you need to buy it separately.
• The edit key is used to modify and enter parameters. Please pay attention to the cursor position when operating.
