Principle
The instrument uses 45/0 observation conditions (ie 45 degrees ring illumination, 0 degrees reception) for measurement. This Optical inspection structure can effectively eliminate the influence of the surface Gloss of the measured object on the whiteness measurement results. The instrument irradiates the sample through the built-in Illuminant system and receives the reflected light signal. After calculation by the internal processing system, the whiteness value and various color parameters are displayed on the LCD screen.

Steps
1. Press the power switch button to start the instrument.
2. If you need to calibrate, use the calibrate button to zero and whiten (this step can be omitted for general measurement after initialization).
3. Align the measurement sample light hole with the sample to be tested.
4. Press the measurement operation button for measurement, which will be completed in about 3 seconds.
5. Read the data displayed on the LCD liquid crystal display.
6. After the measurement is completed, you can press the reset button to put the instrument in the ready measurement state, or wait for its automatic shutdown.
Notice
● Ensure that the sample size meets the requirements during measurement (diameter > 18mm, Film thickness < 40mm).
● The instrument should be used at the specified operating temperature (0-40 ° C).
● Pay attention to the battery power, when there is a low battery prompt, the battery should be replaced in time to ensure the accuracy of measurement.
When using an AC adapter for power supply, ensure that the voltage meets the requirements (220V +/- 10% 50Hz).
