Overview
The KANGGUANG WSD-3C automatic whiteness meter is a precision instrument for measuring the whiteness of objects and various color parameters. It uses D65 Illuminant and 0/d illumination conditions, with High Accuracy and high repeatability measurement performance, and is equipped with LCD display and operation keyboard, which can realize automatic measurement and data output.

Principle
The instrument irradiates the sample with D65 standard illuminant under 0/d (vertical irradiation/diffuse reflection reception) geometry conditions. The Optical inspection test head receives the reflected light from the sample surface, converts the optical signal into an electrical signal through the internal photoelectric Sensor and data processing system, and finally outputs the whiteness value and Miscellaneous color parameters of the sample on the liquid crystal display.

Steps
1. Turn on the machine to warm up and place the instrument in a stable environment.
2. Zero adjustment: Press the "Zero" button. After entering the ready state, press the "Execute" button to complete the zero adjustment.
3. Whitening (proofreading standard): Put down the standard whiteboard, press the "Standard" button, after entering the ready state, press the "Execute" button to complete the calibrate.
4. Sample measurement: place the sample on the test bench, press the "sample test" button, enter the ready state, press the "execute" button for measurement.
5. View results: After measurement, press the "Display" button to view the measurement results.
6. Output data: Press the "Print" key to print the result or communicate with the computer.
7. Reset: Press the "reset" button to restore the instrument to the ready measurement state.
Notice
• Power frequency is 220V +/- 10%, 50Hz before use.
• The instrument should be placed on a stable working table to avoid vibration and direct exposure to strong light.
• Adequate preheating and accurate zeroing and whitening operations are required before measurement to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Sample size must meet the requirements: diameter greater than φ 18mm, Film thickness less than 40mm.
• Keep the standard whiteboard and test table clean to avoid contamination affecting the measurement results.
• Instrument Ambient Temperature should be in the range of 0-40 ℃.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble the instrument or replace the fuse tube by themselves.
