Overview
The KAIRDA NDT310 Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge uses high-performance, low-power processor technology to display measurement data through high-brightness LED liquid crystal, suitable for low-ray of light environments. As an external probe-type thickness gauge, it can measure the thickness of ultrasonic good conductors in the range of 0.75~ 300mm, with Probe zero-point calibrate and two-point Adjustment. The instrument is widely used in the processing industry, manufacturing, metal industry, chemical industry, ceramics and other fields, and the measurement is accurate, reliable and stable.

Principle
The NDT310 Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge performs thickness measurement through the propagation characteristics of ultrasonic waves in materials. The instrument emits ultrasonic pulses, which generate echoes when the pulses encounter another interface of the material. The thickness value is calculated by measuring the time for ultrasonic waves to travel back and forth in the material, combined with the Speed of sound in the material.
