Its Optical inspection system uses di/8 (scattering Illuminant, 8 degree observation angle) illumination mode, uses CLEDs full-band equalized LED Illuminant to illuminate the sample, and splits the reflected light through the innovative SCS single-grating dual-path spectroscopic system. Light spectrum information in the 400~ 700nm Wavelength range is received by the array Sensor, and finally the chromaticity value and color difference are calculated according to the CIE color space.
