Features
1. Wide temperature measurement range -50~ 700 ℃
2. High Accuracy +/- 2% and 0.1 ℃ resolution
3.12:1 object distance ratio for remote measurement
4. Adjustable emissivity 0.1~ 1.0, suitable for different materials
5. Quick Response Time 500ms
6. Laser positioning and data locking functions
7. Backlight display and automatic shutdown
8. Lightweight and portable, weight only 170g
Principle
Infrared Thermometer detects the infrared radiation energy emitted by the surface of the object, uses the built-in Sensor to receive the signal in the 8~ 14μm Wavelength range, and calculates the temperature value according to the emissivity setting. The instrument uses the non-contact Measurement principle to quickly Response and display temperature data.
Applications
Industrial manufacturing, electrical maintenance, HVAC system, Food processing, automotive maintenance, medical environment, scientific research experiment
Steps
1. Install 2 1.5V AAA batteries
2. Turn it on and select the temperature unit (° C or ° F).
3. Set the emissivity to fit the measured object
4. Use a laser to locate the target area
5. Press the measurement button to get the temperature data
6. Utilize data locking to record readings
7. Enhance visibility with back lighting
8. The instrument automatically shuts down to save power
Notice
• Only for measurement of surface temperature, not for internal temperature
• Ensure that the Working Ambient Temperature is between 0 and 40 ° C
• Avoid use in high Humidity (over 95% RH condensation) conditions
Maintain object-to-object ratio 12:1 during measurement for accurate results
• Regularly check the battery level to prevent data loss
• Avoid storing at temperatures below -20 ° C or above 60 ° C
• Clean the lens after use to ensure Measurement accuracy
