Overview
The KAIRDA N05 Probe is the standard Probe from Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge. It is designed with a split structure and can be connected to the host to achieve thickness measurement of good conductor materials in different measurement ranges. The Probe is suitable for room temperature environments (below 60 ° C) and provides a Measurement range of 1.2mm to 230.0mm for steel materials.

Principle
The Probe works based on the principle of ultrasound, and calculates the thickness of the material by transmitting and receiving ultrasonic signals and measuring the propagation time of ultrasonic waves in the material. As a component of the split thickness gauge, it cooperates with the host to realize non-contact thickness detection of good conductor materials.

Steps
1. Connect the N05 Probe to the Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge host; 2. Power on the thickness gauge; 3. Place the Probe on the surface of the material to be tested; 4. Read the thickness value displayed by the thickness gauge; 5. Disconnect the Probe after use and store it properly.

* Only suitable for normal temperature environment, Operating temperature must not exceed 60 ℃; * Measurement range is limited to 1.2mm to 230.0mm (steel); * Minimum pipe diameter requirement is φ 20mmX3mm; * Ensure good contact with the material surface to improve Measurement accuracy; * Avoid severe Impact or high temperature damage to Probe.
