It has High Accuracy, Fast Response and Portable Design, supports data locking, laser positioning and backlight functions, and is easy to operate.
Features
1. Wide temperature range, covering 200~ 1850 ℃; 2. High Accuracy, different temperature range accuracy is +/- 2~ +/- 4; 3. High resolution up to 0.1 ℃; 4. Fast Response Time 500ms; 5. Large object distance ratio 50:1, suitable for long-distance measurement; 6. Adjustable emissivity 0.1~ 1.0; 7. Support data locking, laser positioning and backlight functions; 8. Automatic shutdown function, Battery life up to 12 hours; 9. Portable design, weight only 480g.
Principle
The Infrared Thermometer works on the principle of infrared radiation by detecting the infrared energy emitted by the surface of the object (Response wavelength 900~ 1700nm) and converting it into a temperature reading. The user adjusts the emissivity to match the surface characteristics of the object being measured to ensure measurement accuracy.
Applications
Industry, metallurgy, heat treatment, electric power, machinery manufacturing, scientific research and experiment
Steps
1. Install 2 1.5V AAA batteries; 2. Turn on the power switch; 3. Select the temperature unit (° C or ° F); 4. Adjust the emissivity setting; 5. Use the laser to locate the target; 6. Align the measured object and press the measurement button; 7. Read the temperature data on the display screen; 8. Use the data lock function to record the result; 9. Automatic shutdown or manual power off.
Notice
* Avoid use in environments beyond Operating temperature 0~ 40 ° C or relative humidity 10-80% RH; * Keep in the range of -20~ 60 ° C when storing; * Ensure that the battery is installed correctly to prevent leakage; * Keep the object distance ratio 50:1 during measurement to avoid too close or too far; * Periodically calibrate the emissivity setting to improve accuracy; * Do not look directly at the laser source when laser positioning; * Avoid operating in a condensing environment; * Remove the battery when not in use for a long time.
